We're experts in commercial construction. As construction managers, we're involved in all stages of the building process from pre-construction to operations.

Our experienced team develops schedules, budgets, detailed design drawings, and offers input. We only recommend trusted and dependable subcontractors for your project. Applying for building permits, insurance and bonding are all taken care of by us. Your assigned superintendent and project manager helps complete your schedule, budget and compile any necessary paperwork. At the end of the project, our team provides as-built drawings and operation and maintenance manuals.

As Design Builders, we’re involved in all stages of the building process from design to operations.

Parkwest recruits subcontractors to provide pricing and preliminary designs based on their experience. Schedules and design updates are completed as needed. We collaborate with tradespeople during the bidding process to resolve any concerns that may arise. Our own skilled workforce of experienced superintendents, trusted carpenters, and labourers are available to construct cast-in-place concrete and wood frame structures. During the construction phase, contracts are issued to the successful contractors and our team applies for a building permit, insurance, and bonding as required. Any other necessary paperwork is compiled by our superintendent and project manager assigned to your project.
